Refund Policy

Pre-Launch Sales

We're thrilled to offer exclusive pre-launch memberships at a special rate to our community. These pre-launch sale offers are available for a limited time only, with the sale period ending on July 31, 2024. Due to the limited availability and discounted nature of these memberships, refunds will not be provided once a purchase has been made.

Day Passes

We do not offer refunds for day passes.

Monthly Memberships

Monthly memberships are prepaid and non-refundable. To cancel a monthly membership, please notify us at least 5 working days before the next billing day.

6-Months Memberships or 12-Months Memberships

Refunds for 6 or 12-month memberships are applicable in cases of medical reasons or unexpected travels for work/studies purposes. If the purchase date has passed the 30-day period, we advise considering a membership transfer or freeze. To request a refund, please email community@batuuclimbing.com with your request and provide details of your circumstances. We will do our best to assist you promptly.

Rentals

We do not offer refunds for shoe, chalk bag, harness, or rope rentals.

Retail Purchases

Retail items are non-refundable. However, if you've received defective or damaged items, you may exchange them within 30 days of purchase receipt. Please contact us if you have received a defective product and would like to apply for an exchange. We advise checking the condition of the product before leaving the retail store or gym on the day of purchase.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes or issues related to refunds or exchanges, please contact us directly at community@batuuclimbing.com to resolve the matter.

Liability Waiver

By participating in activities at Batuu Climbing, customers agree to waive any liability against the gym and its staff for accidents or injuries that may occur during climbing or related activities.
